Welcome to Hare on the Hill home interior shop. I provide all services to you subject to the following conditions.
Product Description:
All items have been described to the best of my ability. Photos that have been taken are shown to represent the item as best as possible. Sizes are all approximate   
A lot of the items are handmade and/or made from natural materials so there may be slight differences to the product photographed.

 
Payment:
Hare on the Hill accepts all payments by Credit | Debit | Pay pal.
 
Shipping:
UK shipping only.
Items will be shipped through Hermes courier. Please allow 3-5 working days for the delivery of your parcel. All items will be tracked. Delivery cost is £4.25 for all orders up to £50.00. Any orders over £50.00 will trigger free delivery.
. All items are tracked and insured. Please note for orders over £100 a signature will
be required.
If you are local you are welcome to collect from ‘Hare on the Hill’
Orders will be dealt with 7 days a week and all efforts will be made to process the orders the following day and dispatched by the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please note to save the tree's we send all invoices via email.
If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased, I offer an exchange or full refund. Please send the item back to Hare on the Hill in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. You will be liable to pay for the return postage unless your item was faulty/damaged. Please note the original postage cost will be non-refundable. 
I always check each item/s before they are sent out and ensure adequate packaging. However, if your item/s should arrive faulty or damaged please contact me (details via invoice) within 24 hours of receipt, to enable me to resolve the issue swiftly. I will require photographs to enable me to see the damage and discuss the return with you.
If you are sending an item back for either a refund or exchange, please ensure that the parcel is packaged securely to ensure no damage during transit. Should the item arrived damaged, I may not be able to exchange or refund. I highly recommend using a registered insured courier, as I cannot take responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds will be processed within 48 of receipt.
